Yes — the K24Z7 engine and 6-speed transmission from a 2012-2015 Civic Si (FB6/FG4) fits a 2015-2020 Fit (GK5) with the Hasport GKK3-24 mount kit plus swap wiring, shifter cables, axles and cooling. Hasport offers GKK2 and GKK3 versions, each in K20 and K24 variants, and uses a dual-height design so the head sits in the same place with either block. Hybrid Racing lists the same kit for 2015-2020 Fits. Neither listing offers a GK kit for the RSX/02-11 Civic Si gearbox.

Engine mounts: Hasport GKK. GKK3-24 is the version for a K24 engine with K24Z2/Z3/Z7-style manual transmissions (08-13 Accord, 09-14 TSX, 12-15 Civic Si); GKK2 versions cover the 03-07 Accord/04-08 TSX transmission. No RSX/02-11 Civic Si transmission version is listed. Also needed: shifter cables, wiring and ECU, axles, cooling, fuel and exhaust.
