Hasport sells its CBH kit for H22 and H23 swaps into the 90–93 Accord using 92–97 Prelude engines and transmissions, for both manual and automatic chassis. Innovative Mounts sells separate H-swap kits for the Accord EX (CB7/CB9) and DX/LX (CB7) and says they need the Accord F-series post mount 90008-PM3-000. The same Innovative kits also cover keeping the F-series engine with a 1994–2001 F-series manual gearbox.

Required modifications

Engine mounts: Hasport CBH (H22 and H23 into the 1990-93 Accord, works with 92-97 Prelude engines and transmissions; includes right, left and rear mounts plus a weld-in transmission-side bracket), or Innovative Mounts conversion kits for factory-manual cars: 29357 for the Accord EX (CB7/CB9) and 29350 for the DX/LX (CB7). The Innovative kits need the 90-93 Accord F-series timing-belt post mount, Honda 90008-PM3-000, which is not included. Innovative also sells separate kits for cars that started as automatics. You also need axles that suit the H-series gearbox in the CB, a Prelude-style shifter setup and an ECU/harness for the H22.
