Yes — the K20A2 or K20A3 and transmission from a 2002-2004 Acura RSX (DC5) fits a 2001-2005 Honda Civic (EM2 coupe / ES1 sedan, non-Si) with Hasport ESK mounts (which require an RSX or 02-05 Civic Si subframe) or Innovative Mounts' bolt-in EM2 kit, plus an RSX-harness conversion. The 7th-gen Civic shares much of its architecture with the RSX and EP3, so the swap is well supported with vendor mounts, plug-in harness adapters and axles. Hondata states KPro can be matched to the Civic immobilizer for K-swapped D17 cars.

Required modifications

Swap mounts: Hasport ESK3 (RSX and 02-11 Civic Si manual transmissions), ESK4 (03-07 Accord/04-08 TSX), ESK5 (08-13 Accord/09-14 TSX/12-15 Civic Si) or ESKAWD; ESK3/4/5 require the RSX or 02-05 Civic Si subframe, ESKAWD needs the CR-V/Element subframe. Innovative Mounts also sells a bolt-in K-swap kit for EM2. Wiring: Rywire conversion harness plugs a 2002-2004 RSX engine harness into the Civic's 20-pin gray connector; Hybrid Racing sells an electronics package for EM2/ES1/ES2. ECU: Hondata KPro supports 2001-2005 Civic DX/LX/HX/EX manual and can be matched to the Civic immobilizer. Axles: e.g. Driveshaft Shop Level 0 set designed for ESK3 geometry.
