Yes — the L15B7 1.5 L turbo engine from a 2017-2020 Civic Si (FC) fits a 1996-2000 Civic (EK) with the Hasport EKLT2 mount kit and a DC2 or EG front subframe, after engine bay modifications. Hasport describes the swap as bolt-in once the engine bay is modified. Hybrid Racing lists the kit for the Civic Si L15B7 turbo engine in 62A, 70A and 88A bushing hardness. Wiring, ECU and cooling for the turbo engine are not covered by the mount kit.

Required modifications

Subframe: Hasport says the EKLT2 kit requires the DC2 or EG front subframe, steering rack and lower control arms in the EK. Engine mounts: Hasport EKLT2 (dual height for ground or hood clearance). Engine bay modifications are needed, including modifying the right-hand frame rail. Engine management, wiring, intercooler piping, fuel system and transmission shifting are separate projects that the mount kit does not cover.
