Largest of the SOHC C-series, first mass-produced engine with forged connecting rods and an integral balance shaft for smoothness. Output climbed from 210 to 225 bhp on the USDM 3.5RL for 2002. Variants: C35A1 (USDM), C35A2/C35A5 (EDM).
